Made by gently pressing whole clusters, and fermented with indigenous yeasts. 2019 was a quintessential Long Island vintage, producing elegant, balanced wines with refreshing acidity and savory minerality that reflect the maritime climate of the North Fork. 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
